Greensand Ridge Investment Programme

Bedfordshire Rural Affairs Forum, working with BRCC, coordinated a bid for the Greensand Ridge area to benefit from new EU funding. 

The bid, led by local people to promote the communities, businesses and enterprises in the Greensand Ridge area of Bedfordshire, won funding awarded by the East of England Development Agency (EEDA) through the Rural Development Programme for England.

Exciting news that the Greensand Ridge Local Action Group has published its prospectus for £2.4m investment under the Rural Development Programme for England. It is inviting project ideas for investment from farmers, foresters, rural businesses or community groups in the Greensand Ridge area of Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

BRCC has been appointed by the Greensand Ridge Local Action Group to support the marketing of this prospectus and management of its associated investment fund over the next 5 years.
